What it's about

Spoiler level: Minor — for the synopsis & review below

Sia Lee is a modern vampire who absorbs human energy through touch instead of drinking blood. Her confidence usually makes feeding easy, until she meets Jiho, a new neighbor whose severe mysophobia makes physical contact nearly impossible. Sia first treats touching him as a challenge, but curiosity becomes affection as she learns that his fear is connected to deeper wounds. Jiho, meanwhile, must decide whether Sia's supernatural nature is more frightening than the vulnerability required to trust her. Their unusual courtship unfolds amid vampire family expectations, jealous rivals, and the practical difficulty of building intimacy when touch itself is the central obstacle.

Ch. 02 · Our verdict

My take

unTouchable builds a clever romantic engine from incompatible needs: Sia depends on contact, while Jiho experiences it as danger. The early pursuit is broad and intrusive, but the story shifts from conquest to consent and patient trust. Supporting conflicts lean on jealousy and the vampire lore is thin, in an earlier, exaggerated WEBTOON style. Its best moments show that intimacy has to be negotiated rather than taken.

✓ Read it if…

The central obstacle is genuinely unusual, so the tension doesn't rely on a secret crush. Sia and Jiho are both frustrated for understandable reasons, and their progress shows in small gains in comfort and honesty. It's a light, easy-to-binge completed vampire romance with an assertive heroine.

! Skip it if…

Sia pushes Jiho's boundaries early, and some jokes about his mysophobia may feel insensitive. Jealousy and rival interference are overused, and side characters are uneven. It's romance-led and low-stakes rather than dark vampire mythology, and the older art and pacing feel dated beside current releases.
